INTRODUCTION TO YOGA


We offer a weekly Introduction to Yoga class based on a 5 week rotational programe using The Knoff Yoga System.


New students may join at any time! For example, if you start on Week 3, you would do 3, 4, 5, 1 & 2 – completing the 5 weeks.


Of course you may continue with this level as long as you wish, however after 5 weeks, most students are fully prepared to join in our on-going Level 1 classes.


This programe was developed by founder and Master Teacher, Nicky Knoff, and Programe Director, James Bryan, to enable new students to gain a clear understanding of yoga using simple and highly effective tools.


Yoga is a physical activity that should be undertaken by students in good health.

If you have health issues or reduced physical capabilities we recommend our alternative yoga classes:-


  • Weekly Chair Yoga class
  • A series of Private or Yoga Therapy (one-on-one) classes, by appointment, to help with your specific issues before joining public classes.
