Level 3 builds on the skills and knowledge gained in Level 1, but has its own balanced and more challenging syllabus. Over 3 weeks you will receive training in 45 asanas, 9 pranayamas, breath focused meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology.
