
This Course follows on from Level 3 – Foundation and follows the same balanced format but with a more challenging syllabus. Over 4 weeks you will receive training in 62 asanas, 9 pranayamas, breath focused meditation, yoga philosophy, and anatomy and teaching methodology. You will receive a Level 7 – Intermediate Syllabus Asana and Pranayama Manual and your Teaching Certificate (providing you graduate).
It is important to continue learning in yoga (as in life), especially once you are actively teaching and caught up in the world of yoga business – trying to make a living out of what we love doing. The levels in the Knoff Yoga program are designed for busy people and professional yoga teachers. Studying intensively is the most efficient way to utilize your limited and precious time.
By deepening your understanding of the Knoff Yoga System and leaning how to teach the Level 7 – Intermediate syllabus, you have the opportunity to impact upon a larger group of students, to take them to the next level and to grow your business. The knowledge you gain will sustain you, your practice and your yoga business for years to come.
Knoff Yoga is an officially Registered Yoga School (200, 300 & 500 hours), with the Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org).
This Level 7 – Intermediate Course, combined with Level 2 – Chair Yoga, Level 4 – Pregnancy Yoga, Level 5 – Yoga Therapy A, and Level 6 – Yoga Therapy B Courses, is registered with the Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) for 300-hour Yoga Teacher registration. With this international registration you are able to use the letters RYT300 (Registered Yoga Teacher) after your name for professional purposes.
Alternatively, all of the above, combined with Level 1 – Discovery and Level 3 – Foundation is registered with the Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) for 500-hour Yoga Teacher registration. With this international registration you are able to use the letters RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher) after your name for professional purposes.
Pre-requisite: Level 1 – Discovery and Level 3 – Foundation.
